Use your shared catalog
Manage products, projects, and services in Settings → Help Desk. The Pipeline uses the same products and services, so your team works from one catalog.
Add materials on a paid plan
- Open Pipeline → Products & Services.
- Choose the product or service and add a PDF, JPEG, PNG, or WebP image, such as a brochure or data sheet. Each file can be up to 10 MB.
- Complete the upload and validation before using the material.
Sales materials preserve the original file format and use your shared cloud storage. Original outgoing email attachments are also preserved. Logos and decorative images may be optimized separately.
Archive materials you want to set aside while retaining the file. After a downgrade, existing materials remain available to authorized teammates; new sales-material uploads require a paid plan. Files converted by older versions remain in their existing format.
