Start from the customer conversation

A sales opportunity brings together the customer, what they are considering, who owns the work, and what happens next. NuvoMail keeps that work alongside shared email and customer-request tracking.

Open Pipeline and create a New opportunity. Link a customer or contact, choose related products or services, add an estimated value if useful, and plan the next follow-up.

Use stages your team understands

Start with the default sales stages, from New Lead to Won or Lost. Owners and admins can rename stages through Pipeline stages to reflect the team’s process.

  • Overview gives a summary of permitted sales work.
  • Outreach helps develop prospect conversations.
  • Opportunities offers board and list views.
  • Follow-ups brings upcoming work into view.
  • Products & Services uses the catalog managed in Settings → Help Desk.

Keep materials with products and services

Paid plans let the team upload sales materials, such as brochures and data sheets, from the Pipeline. Supported PDFs and images keep their original format and use the shared cloud storage allowance.

Using the same catalog for support and sales gives teammates consistent context when they reply or prepare an opportunity.

Make a won sale a useful handoff

When marking a sale Won, choose the teammate who will handle delivery or service. Ticket status and sales progress stay separate, so customer support can continue.

Free includes 20 active opportunities. Won and Lost opportunities free a slot. Paid plans have no separate active opportunity cap and include sales-material uploads. See Pricing for current capacities.

The current pipeline focuses on sales. Renaming stages can reflect your process, but dedicated recruitment features are not currently included.

For step-by-step instructions, explore the Help guides. For current allowances, compare plans.
