Payment Terms

Last updated: September 1, 2026
Effective: September 1, 2026

NuvoMail operates on a subscription model. These terms explain how billing works, what happens when you cancel, how refunds are handled, and your payment obligations.

1. Plans and Charges

Subscription Plans

NuvoMail may offer free, trial, monthly, annual, usage-based, or custom plans. The features, user seats, domains, storage, sending limits, support, and other entitlements included in your subscription are those shown at purchase or stated in an applicable order form.

Authorized Charges

By starting a paid plan, you authorize Nuvo Innovations and its payment processor to charge the payment method on file for subscription fees, applicable usage or add-on charges disclosed to you, taxes, and other amounts you authorize.

Third-Party Email and Domain Costs

Unless expressly stated otherwise, your NuvoMail subscription does not include fees charged by Resend, another email provider, a domain registrar, DNS host, internet provider, or other third party. You are responsible for those charges under your separate agreement with that provider.

2. Billing, Renewal, and Taxes

Billing Cycle and Automatic Renewal

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on the cycle selected at purchase and automatically renew for successive periods unless cancelled before the renewal date. Renewal charges are made using the payment method on file.

Taxes and Currency

Prices may exclude sales, value-added, goods and services, withholding, or similar taxes. You are responsible for applicable taxes other than taxes based on Nuvo Innovations' net income. The purchase screen or order form identifies the billing currency when available, and your financial institution may charge conversion or other fees.

Price Changes

Nuvo Innovations may change plan prices or included limits. For an existing recurring subscription, a price increase will normally take effect at a future renewal after reasonable advance notice, unless a shorter period is required because of taxes, law, or a material third-party cost change. You may cancel before the new price takes effect.

3. Trials, Limits, and Plan Changes

Trials and Promotional Offers

Trials and promotions may have additional eligibility, duration, feature, or conversion terms shown when offered. Unless stated otherwise, a trial may be changed or withdrawn and unused promotional value has no cash value. If payment information is required, the offer will state whether it converts to a paid subscription.

Plan and Usage Limits

Plans may limit domains, users, messages, recipients, storage, attachments, provider connections, retention, or other resources. Nuvo Innovations may restrict new activity when a limit is reached. Any overage charge or automatic upgrade will be disclosed before it applies unless separately agreed in writing.

Upgrades and Downgrades

An upgrade may take effect immediately and may be prorated. A downgrade normally takes effect at the next renewal and may reduce features or limits. Before downgrading, you are responsible for exporting data or reducing usage that exceeds the lower plan's limits.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation

You may cancel through the available account controls or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not normally reverse a charge already incurred. Unless the Service states otherwise, paid access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Refunds

Except where required by law, stated in an order form, or expressly approved by Nuvo Innovations, subscription and usage fees are non-refundable and no credit is provided for partial periods, unused features, unused limits, or third-party email delivery interruptions outside Nuvo Innovations' reasonable control.

Data After Cancellation

Cancellation does not itself guarantee indefinite data access. Access, export, retention, and deletion after a subscription ends are governed by the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, product functionality, and any notice provided at cancellation. You should export business-critical records before access ends.

5. Failed Payments and Suspension

Accurate Billing Information

You must keep billing and payment information accurate and current and are responsible for charges incurred by authorized users. You authorize reasonable payment retries after a failed charge.

Past-Due Accounts

If payment remains overdue, Nuvo Innovations may limit sending, disable paid features, downgrade, suspend, or deactivate the workspace after any notice required by law or contract. Suspension does not eliminate amounts already owed.

Restoration

Access may be restored after outstanding amounts are paid and a valid payment method is provided, subject to security, abuse, provider, and data-retention constraints. Nuvo Innovations does not guarantee recovery of data already deleted under an applicable retention policy.

6. Billing Questions and Disputes

Contact Us Promptly

If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact support@nuvomail.app promptly with the workspace, invoice, charge date, and reason for the dispute. Do not send complete card numbers, passwords, or provider credentials.

Chargebacks

Before initiating a chargeback, please give Nuvo Innovations a reasonable opportunity to investigate. Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in suspension, but nothing in these Payment Terms limits rights you cannot waive under applicable law or card-network rules.

Payment Processor

Payments are handled by independent payment processors. Their terms and privacy policies apply to their services, and they may decline or reverse a transaction under their own rules. Nuvo Innovations will reasonably cooperate with legitimate billing investigations.
